Meals are included and will feature delicious, healthy, locally sourced cuisine—shared over meaningful conversation intended to spark insight and moments of personal refection.
Main Sessions & Breakouts
Shaped to provide space to pause, reflect, and hear from God with greater clarity, these focused
experiences are led by women who inspire with their transparency, relatability, and personal history
with Jesus.
Each include time to process and share what God has spoken to you personally, so every attendee can
encourage and support another woman’s breakthrough.
Boutique Size
Beauty & Breakthrough weekends are kept intentionally small, with limited availability to ensure personalized attention and care. With just 15 registrants, this setting offers space to not only pursue the breakthrough you’ve been seeking, but also to cultivate life-giving relationships with other women leading in business. .
1-on-1 Coaching Session
To help you get the most out of your weekend, every registrant will receive a private coaching session prior to travel. The session will take place via Zoom, where a trusted coach guides you into a place where basic obstacles to breakthrough can be recognized and removed. Additional information regarding coaches and scheduling will be emailed once you’ve registered.

The October 2026 Beauty & Breakthrough Leadership Getaway will take place in South Florida, at [venue name], set alongside miles f pristine white-sand beached and sparkling turquoise waters. This serene setting provides the perfect backdrop—an envirm chosen to inspire both personal and professional renewal.
Arrival & Check In
Complimentary transport from the Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is available Friday afternoon, November 3rd. Once you land you’ll find a friendly face, with an easy-to- recognize PRISM sign, waiting to take you to the stunning villa that will be yours for the weekend.
Upon arrival, our attentive team will guide you through a personalized check-in process and escort you to your luxurious accommodations to unpack and unwind from the busyness back home. Check-in begins at 3p. Dinner will be served at 6:30p.
